NOTE: I HAVE ALL FOUR OF THE '67 BOX SETS LISTED HERE SEPARATELY, BUT WILL SELL THEM TOGETHER IF YOU CONTACT ME FIRST ...! "The long-running Avengers series added some additional gloss to its appearance and feel by shooting in color beginning in 1967, making the unique, eccentric atmosphere of the show total. That manufacturing modification accompanied a few of the best writing the program ever delighted in. So it makes good sense that those late-1960s episodes of The Avengers have actually been packaged to help us forget the mishandled 1998 feature film variation of the program. Set 1 consists of a mystery about killer fears, "The Fear Merchants"; the time-travel story "Escape in Time"; the feathery spy tale "The Bird Who Knew Too Much"; the invisible-villain yarn "The See-Through Man"; and the comic-book spoof "The Winged Avenger.".
