Listing my older DeRosa Idol bike for sale (circa, 2008). Bike is all carbon fiber with an integrated seatpost. The bike is equipped with a Campagnolo 11 speed groupset. The Fulcrum Racing 3 Aluminum wheels are straight and true and have never given me any issues. The frame can accommodate up to 700 x 25 tires.The bike has never been crashed or abused. I originally purchased the frame sometime around 2011.For it's age, the bike is in very good condition.Due to the integrated seatpost, the seat adjustment is only 2 cm. The adjustment from the middle of the bottom bracket to the bottom of the seat rails is between 71mm and 73mm. The seat could be adjusted lower by cutting the seat mast. DeRosa measures its frames differently than most manufactures. This bike is listed as a 64cm frame, measured from the center of the bottom bracket to the top of the integrated seatpost. This bike has a 55.5mm effective top tube and a fairly tall 155 mm headtube. For reference purposes, I'm 5'10" with a pant leg inseam of 32" and I ride with the seat at the 72mm setting. This bike will likely best fit someone between 5'9 to 5'11.This bike is in good working order and ready to ride. The bike can be ridden as is, but I would recommend replacing the chain.I bought this frameset and built it up with the components currently on the bike. This was a back-up bike that didn't see too much use. For the last several years, the bike has been kept in FL and used by me each year for about 2 months when I'm down in FL for part of the winter.Campagnolo Chorus11 speed brake levers, shifters and crank (172.5mm with 53/39 chainrings),Record rim brakes, Athena rear derailleur and Centaur front derailleur. Fulcrum Racing 3 wheelset.This frame was hand made in Italy with tube-to-tube carbon construction and is fine example of Italian craftsmanship.I'm only selling this bike as I've aged out of full racing bikes and have moved on to a more relaxed gravel bike.Campagnolo Record pedals are included with the bike.Please note, bottle cages,computer and rear view mirror are not included with the salePlease contact me if you have any questions.Check my feedback and buy with confidence.
