This was a secondary phone we had as a back up line with T-Mobile. We've canceled the service and now have no use for the phone. The phone works perfectly, I enjoy the kind aspect of the blackberry plus the benefit of a touch screen. INCLUDED: Is an additional 16gb micro sd card if you desire to keep music or videos. The phone software has been recovered to default and will deliver with no sim card. The bands supported for 3G are for T-Mobile, they do not support 3G on ATT. The phone itself has some surface scratches on the face and bezel. No cracks at all on the screen locking button. Battery held a charge for me truly well, never ever had a problem with battery life. It out lasts my brand-new iPhone. Phone is in good condition and all set to be utilized on any carrier that supports the RED71UW 3G bands. Otherwise you will get absolutely nothing but edge network and voice calls.
