This was an amazing printer until I got "Error Code 6A00". I fortunately had another really good printer so didn't invest the time attempting to fix this. This mistake code prevails with great deals of All In One printers and appears to be a jam in the purge device. From what I've read it appears to always be a piece of paper stuck in the purge device. If you are mechanically likely and can follow the directions from the lots of websites I discovered then my loss is your gain. On Amazon. com this unit new is $650 and reconditioned $315.
