Rare Charlie Parker album!Recorded live July 6, 1948 at the Onyx Club, New York City. Released in 1955; Original 1st pressing on Jazz Workshop 501.The cover is in Terrific condition. The biggest flaw is on the upper right hand corner where somebody tried to remove the price tag (see photo). The record label on side B has become completely unglued from the record but could easily be super-glued back on (see photo).There are no seam splits on the top, side or bottom. There is absolutely no ringwear.The record is in Near Mint+ condition. There are extremely slight, minor, superficial scratches that do not affect play.
