Here are some details of the gear:The Small Super Pro Plus is designed for use with a strobe for photography. With fabric not intended for the heat of a continuous light, the Small Super Pro Plus with silver interior is ideal for work where medium softening of flash is desired. The light quality from this softbox will be slightly more contrasty than that produced by a Super Pro Plus with white interior.The "Plus" designation of this softbox means the front face of the softbox is removable. This softbox comes with a one stop diffuser. It provides maximum softening, and approximately 2 stops light loss. It fastens to the front of the softbox via attached touch fastener strips. Comes with three diffuser screens and one 1/2 Grid Cloth that is an auxiliary front diffusion screen.
