Processor is equipped with a cooler master active 212 evo fan and heatsink. you can quickly overclock this processor to 4.4 Ghz simply with bios settings with no heat distinction at all. Personally, i have never ever felt the have to OC. Processor goes for 3.3 GHz (quad core) however ramps approximately 3.7 during times of high use. Only the unique "K" series are opened and fit to overclock, so that is a huge advantage if you really want an efficiency boost. Hard disk drive is 7200RPM (faster boot/loading time).
