I acquired this years ago and had plans to repair the base plate but never got around to it. It is missing the receiving rod and clutch. The heel plate will have to be replaced before it can be used. You can get these plates from DW as well as the pull rod and clutch. Shipping via USPS Ground. Any questions please ask. All sales are final.
