The lawn mower for $150 is a Greenworks model 25222 I believe, which retails for $305 and up. To do the trade you have to bring in the old mower and it must run for 12 seconds, as I understand it. The two stores of which I am aware are located in Pensacola on Davis and Mobile Highway. Mine is for sale at a reasonable price and you can use it to trade up.
