This is a 1995 fender mim Stratocaster squier series. This is Not A Squier. These were made from American bodies and necks, Mexican electronics and Asian hardware. This is considered a Standard Stratocaster. The fender plant burned down in Ensenada Mexico so fender sent down some American necks and bodies to get the plant back in production. Have a look at the link http://davel.hubpages.com/hub/The-Fender-Squier-Series-Stratocaster-Not-A-Typical-Squier. The neck pick-up is a Dimarzio virtual vintage blues, the rest are stock I think. This is a good guitar with a few scuffs occasionally etc. With a couple of upgrades you can have an amazing guitar for less than an American standard.
