(OR BEST OFFER) Framed Futon with Removable Pad. 4.5 ft. by 5.5 ft. Finished wooden armrests and legs in wonderful condition. No mechanical troubles whatsoever. Pad is in excellent condition. I'll clean it more but I'm sure whoever gets it will want to clean it for themselves. No canine or feline hair. No animal has actually slept on this furnishings. I can not offer to provide it. It needs to be chosen up. I can simplify for you but can not deliver. I wish to sell but am not desperate. The cost is company. Please do not waste both of our time by providing me lower than exactly what is provided.
