This did work just didn't drain well so the clothes would come out still wet, I make sure it is easy for someone who knows the best ways to fix them however sadly we do not. We wound up getting a newer one from Home Depot. This was new from Sears but the warranty ran up on it. It is a Kenmore front loading cleaning equipment and is FREE, you must come and get it and load it up, if my husband is right here he will certainly assist load it. Worst case somebody can scrap it when they go to junk metal lawn.
