It is 100% natural and grassfed. We sell by the quarter, half and whole. Your order will include: Roasts, steaks and hamburger (yum!) - our butcher can customize for you, just let us know. Beef is delivered cut, wrapped, labeled and frozen. Price is $3/per pound hanging weight.Hamburger also available for $3.50/pound : minimum order of 25 pounds.
