The futon matress is in good condition and has a colorful thick cotton cover.The Lazy Boy is a full sized lounger, very comfortable, with white cloth upholstery. The upholstery has some cosmetic damage from cat scratch, but the chair is otherwise in very good condition. Price is $30 each.
