For sale is a Golds gym utility bench it is adjustable to a full 180 degrees perform a vast amount of exercises . This bench is in good condition. I am just moving and I can not take it with me. I also have a pair of adjustable dumbbells that go from 2.5 lbs up to 52.5 lbs per dumbbell having a total of 105lbs I am also including 4 more 10lb plates equaling 40lbs for a total of 145 lbs(72.5 per dumbbell )the only issue with the 10 lb plates is that for some reason two of them will not go on the dumbbell handles, however you can grind a small amount away from the inside ring and it would fit i just dont have the tools. Last of all I have a power tower you can perform leg raises, push ups, dips , wide, medium, and close grip pull ups great for training the upper body and your core muscle groups.
