I have a quality piece of exercise equipment for sale. Great for aerobic and strength structure. Because of the fact that it has the highest rating of devices that are still getting secondhand years after individuals buy them, I got this (my second). We're relocating to a smaller sized home and downsizing to the vital. I've moved it three times, but the wife says not a 4th. The reason I couldn't sell it prior to was due to the fact that it's such a quality piece of gear. You sit on it and pull the bar towards yourself in a rowing activity if you're not familiar. This equipment will have you panting in a few short minutes and it's perfectly quiet besides your sweat attacking the ground. You might literally exercise in your child's space while they sleep - best for enjoying TELEVISION. It has adjustable positions so you can work yourself as much as carrying a growing number of of your weight up and down. Made in USA strong construction and in exceptional condition. Priced to offer since we are moving - so act quick or I could take it with me once again! Footprint is 41" x 20".
