Top braces and tone bars selectively shaved/reshaped, to balance and improve tone.This J-200 model built in China is the closest in materials and build to the original J-200. Many Chinese editions will vary slightly in either build detail or material/wood selections. The basic build quality impressed me for the price and areas in setup and hand finishing of top tone bracing were lacking. This has been addressed to greatly improve the play ability and tone quality and balance.
