We have had this dryer for near 2 years now and has not had a single problem aside from regular wear and bumps from moving it. We did decide to change the felt spacer for the drum. The heat and frequent usage over the years started to use it down. It gets really hot and does a fantastic job drying clothes in a brief quantity of time and, because it is gas, it is actually cheaper to run than an electrical clothes dryer. We have actually recently moved into a new place that only has the hookups for electric so we cant utilize it anymore. Do not hesitate to email or text me with questions relating to the device.
