Description:

This is a Rare, silver plated King Sousaphone from 1936, with serial # 197, XXX. Made by HN White, Cleveland, Ohio. Silver plating of horn is mainly intact with a percentage of wear primarily around the main body tube. Main Body of horn is quite dented, and body has a little patch on it. See pictures for detail. Inner tubes are in great shape with some small damages. Horn has simply gotten a brand-new mouth piping receiver, and new spit valves installed. Valve plating is quite excellent, with no or extremely little wear. All slides draw fine, no stuck slides. Resembles 2 of the valve buttons are initial and 2 are replacement kinds. Horn has a brand new mouth pipeline and 2 brand-new turning bits. Horn does not had a mouth piece or case. Bell is in great shape with a few minor little dents. Silver plating on bell is great without any wear to the plating. Bell has King etching on it. See pictures.
