This is a brown microsuede microfiber couch and loveseat. These were purchased a few years ago from the RoomStore to furnish my fiance's house but he was in Iraq and was only home 30 days every year so these have been sat on only a few times and only for about 60 days total. When he bought them, he did rip a corner when he was bringing it home but it has been repaired (see photo) He also has coffee and end tables if you're interested as well as a complete queen bedroom set, additional small dresser, entertainment center, big screen TV, 27" tv, etc. Email or call/text 602-369-XXXX to view items
