Please observe the photos & remember you are purchasing USED wheel weight for reuse. What you actually do with them is up to you. Please look over the stock photos & read the description so you can understand the used/scrap weights offered. I will GIVE you extra to offset the remaining dirt/trash I may have missed , a magnet was used in sorting. 1st Photo is clip on type , 2nd photo is stick on type. You can sort out the good ones , clean up & reuse , any junk you can use for fishing weights , dive belt weights , tempering a knife or sword , counterweights , keel on a sailboat , casting lead KNIGHTS (photo) , make a new hammer head , etc. The following information is for general use: Clip on wheel weight alloy melting point is under 600F and zinc melts at 787F. When processing your weights into ingots keep the pot temperature at or only a little above 650F and no hotter, the zinc weights will float before they melt. If you see anything floating, remove it immediately. This data provided for your general help & DOES NOT imply that there are any zinc weights included as I have done my best to remove all Zn marked weights & ones with only a number (20) on them. Clip on wheel weights common alloy is: Tin=.50% , Antimony=3-4% , Lead=Balance. Stick on types are usually pure lead. FR boxes that are 40+ pounds are becoming a serious loss issue with the USPO so I am shipping in 2 postal FR boxes. If you want to avoid the shipping charge than you can pick up or send me a waver of any claim of loss or damage & negative or neutral feedback that may happen if I ship via USPO in 1 FR box. Inner packaging varies so weights may rattle , that will also help to clean them off somewhat. DO NOT expect your boxes in a few days it may take up to 30 days to arrive (DO NOT contact me about non receipt till 20 days) , regardless of what USPO & Ebay say (they are not living in a reality situation).
