Only ridden a couple of times on light trails. Small size frame will work for 5'2" to 5'8". I'm actually 5'9" but have a 29" inseam, so I found it quite comfortable as a trail bike.I built this up from a frame, so it is spec'd quite a bit nicer than stock off the shelf. It's running a 1x11 XT 8000 drivetrain, with dt Swiss wheels on Deore hubs. They have tubes, but the wheels can be set up tubeless, you just need valves. It's got a 150mm Fox transfer dropper searpost and a 130mm Rockshox Pike fork up front. It's one of the only used things on the bike, as it is a 2018 but serviced before I installed it. I also have some yellow orange Pike decals I was going to put in I will throw in for free. Reliable Shimano m200 brakes with a 180 rotor on the front and 160 on the back. Nice Thomson stem and a Selle Italia seat. The frame dropout is 141mm QR, but I'm running a 135mm wheel with two 3mm end spacers on the hub. The front is 15mm Maxle non-boost 100mm. I built it for bike packing the Ohio Erie Canal Tow path and hitting a bit of light single track, but i have wound going a different route, and have only been on it a couple of times. It has a ton of barnacles (mounting points) for bags, water bottles, gear etc. The steel frame is very forgiving for long rides and climbs, but it has enough slack to handle downhills. It's an excellent all arounder or trail bike. This would be a great alternative to a mid- entry level Roscoe or Trek Marlin.
