This Guitar is in great condition - I just bought it this past winter. It has two VERY small dents in the lacquer, and some small cracks in the lacquer towards the tuning knobs that are hardly visible. It plays very well though, has a very nice light tone, low action which is easier on the fingers, and stays tuned very well. I just put a brand new set of Martin Extra Light Bronze strings on it too, which by the way is the hardest part about owning a 12-string. All in all, I bought it for $250 because I thought I would enjoy playing it, but it doesn't really suit my playing style.
