I moved next door to care for elderly mother. This trailer in too nice of condition to "scrap out" - it was painted tan with brown trim in 2000.It has a custom built 24 X 8 deck at the front door that needs a couple boards replaced . It has 2 broken windows in the back - the windows in the front have been replaced with tilt-out to clean windows in2009. The Central Air and Furnace are newer and worth the asking price alone. Buyer moves. I have a 4X10 shed that matches it I may negotiate going with it. It needs some work -I am willing to trade anything of value.
