I purchased this rod for a red fishing trip which never occurred. This rod has only been used for occasional steamer fishing for bass in ponds. This is rod is used but in great condition. The 8 wt line weight and 9' length make it ideal for both fresh and saltwater fishing. Made by the trusted brand Orvis, you can be sure that this rod is built to last.
