Really great antique piano ... B. Squire and Sons were London piano makers. Paterson & Sons were Scottish piano dealers. With regard to date of manufacture, Squire was at 3 Stanhope Street in London until the late 1870s, when it changed to 3 & 5 Stanhope Street. Modifications in the name can overlap dates however it was originally "& SONS" till about the exact same time, when it became "& SON". Paterson and Roy ended up being Paterson & Sons in 1851, and continued to be so into the 1900s. This instrument could've been produced anytime between the last quarter of the 19th century through the 1910.
