These are wonderful for an apartment or mobile house, the drums are efficient sized and can do an average size load. They are both on wheels so wheel the washer as much as the kitchen area or bathroom sink, connect to faucet and do your laundry in the convenience of your own house. Washer: GE Spacemaker, Electronic One-Touch Controls with LED read-out, Stainless steel drum, detergent & fabric softener dispenser, has cold and hot water outlet, about 14 yeas old and has no issues. Dimensions: 21'w x 24"d x 36"h. (size of a portable dishwasher) Dryer (electrical): Whirlpool Heavy Duty, 3 cycle, End of cycle signal. Dimensions: 24"w x 21"d x 33"h. It can be plugged into a routine home outlet (110 volt service). and consists of inside venting adapter. I'm SELLING the washer and consisting of the dryer free of charge since although they have both been dependable and neither have any issues the clothes dryer is about 20 years old, it may run another 10 years or it could stomp out tomorrow, who knows? $150.
