These chairs were purchased by my moms and dads in the late '80's. My sis received them and offered them to me a couple of months back when she chose she to downsize her dinette area. They're not perfect-a number of stains, but no splits and the product, padding and wheels are in excellent shape. A great cleaning will probably obtain many of the spots, however do not have the time or cash to fret about it just to make a few more dollars on the set. Was asking a fair cost, $100, for the set of 5 but am in EXTREME financial distress so dropped the rate to $75-NOW ONLY $50 (firm)! That's only $10 per chair and as low as they're going to go.
