We are a full retail billiard store in Winter Park offering exceptional services for those also needing used pool tables moved, refelted, set up or disassembled.We service all of Central Florida and even outside the area on occasion.We are licensed and insured and have over 30 years experience in the industry and have worked on all types of pool tables.We use the correct leveling procedures to ensure your pool table will stay level and we guarantee our work.We only use beeswax to smooth the slate seams, not bondo or plaster which will crack and leave chunks under your cloth.Our installers are trained in-house to our strict standards, never outsourced.We use 21oz Mali or Championship cloth with 36 different colors to choose from and also offer Simonis, Velocity Pro, or Championship Tour Edition "speed cloth".Here are some tips for your consideration while searching for used tables:1) Check condition of cloth and rubber bumpers. Bumpers should have a little give to them. If they are hard as a rock, or soft like memory foam, they will need replaced and add more cost.2) Indoor tables that are set up outdoors or in garages/patios tend to have more problems such as bad bumpers, rusty hardware, warped wood, etc. Stay away!3) We recommend manufacturers that use a wood backing on their slate versus non-backed slate.4) Used pool tables that are easily found online that we recommend are Fischer, Proline, and Olhausen among others. Please call for those that we don't recommend.5) We always use two technicians. We never send someone by themselves to carry everything. Each piece of 1" slate from a standard 8' pool table weighs close to 200 lbs. Plus some cabinets are an entire structure and are not able to come apart, so they are too big for one person to safely carry through a customers home. Don't trust your pool table, floors, and walls to someone doing this by themselves.6) Last but certainly not least, 3-piece slate pool tables absolutely must be disassembled prior to moving. Moving them in one unit (even just taking the legs off) is hard on the entire table, not to mention your own body as they can weigh 700+ lbs. The slate can crack, legs can bend, and the skirting or blinds can be ripped right out from under the rails.Phone our store at 407-339-XXXX for prices, questions, or to schedule an appointment.
