Here we have a really well preserved circa 1912 Regal-made parlor guitar.Great condition!About 25 years ago this guitar had some restoration including a neck reset and a new radiused fretboard. . . .Also -the sides of the neck were shaved down and now the neck is very comfy and 1 5/8" wide at the nut!Still very playable -high E 12th fret string height is a little over 1/16"High E string intonation is very good.No cracks or loose parts / braces (there is an inconsequential small fissure at the soundhole -bass side of extension- that we left alone).Lower bout width = just under 13"24" scale.Ships in non-original old case pictured (in decent shape albeit with rope for a handle).FedEx shipping!
