Rock Fitness EZ-Walk MANUAL Treadmill with Electronic Display. Since I am away at college now so there is a fitness center on school, I am offering my treadmill. I hardly used this treadmill and just got it nearly over a year ago believing I was going to exercise in the house, ends up with tasks and such I never discovered the time. It generally just sat in my house un-used. I utilized it a number of times to try it out, but after a while I never made the time to continue using it. The treadmill is manual so it is excellent for leg strength and conditioning. A manual treadmill is probably your finest bet if you are looking to have killer thighs. My individual trainer told me manual treadmills are much more reliable when it concerns conditioning the quads and thighs. Great condition.It has sensors to determine your heart rate on the handlebars.The treadmill completely works completely great.This treadmill is really really portable and easy to carry places.
