I am selling both sofa and sofa bed mentioned below as we are getting all new furniture and moved to a new place. Both the items are smoke and pet free and in decent condition with no tear, rip or damage. Sofa: off white color reversible arm three seater originally got from Macy's 5 years ago for over 1200$. i clean and sanitize it every 6 months with hot heavy bedding cycle in washer and dry with high heat in dryer then put it under sharp sun for 24 hours and it turns to new spotless again. (it is due for cleaning and if you want it clean then will charge 50 bucks extra and it turns into brand new one). Sofa Bed/Day Bed: red color, contemporary looking easy and convenient to convert it originally got from Scandanevian Designs most comfortable sofa bed can be set up in different settings back rest opens up in a queen size bed (a little bigger than queen size) can also be split up easily for single person sleeping (so two people can sleep on it separate).
