I purchased this laptop new in the direction of the summer season of 2011 to make use of during my first years of college. This laptop computer has been excellent to me, and still is to this day; I have constantly liked Sony products and will continue to support them. It is in total good condition thinking about the time I have been using it. The outside does have some scratches and typical wear and tear. The plastic lining surrounding the screen is split at one point but not the screen! It in no chance effects the computer or the screen itself, I just now consider it a visual defect, however other than that no issues! Also just purchased a new battery for it. The reason I am offering this laptop computer now is that I require something more customized to my degree (Engineering). This very dependable laptop has been fantastic for my video gaming and personal use and i'm sure it would work great for you also!
