I bought these at Walmart (go to http://www.walmart.com and paste Hometrends Bazaar Red 16 Piece Dinnerware Set in the search box). They are not exactly what I would call red, however more black and terracotta. They are in perfect condition - no chips. We started with service for 12 but have actually broken one large plate and one bowl in 3 years and for some factor I can only locate 8 cups (didn't truly utilize them much and may have given 4 away). They are dishwasher safe. This is a stunning set of dishes and I would not part with them other than my husband let me buy a new set of Coke-a-Cola dishes which I have actually wanted for several years. No room in the kitchen area for both. I am including a set of 8 tall and 7 brief square glasses. They did not come with the dishes however match them well.
