I was lucky sufficient to get this from a short-term fitness club that rapidly failed when a national chain physical fitness center opened close by. I used it to train for a number of marathons with the goal of certifying for Boston. This is NOT your typical home treadmill! This monster will certainly manage runners up to 500 lbs ... at a 4:48 min/mile speed ... at up to15 % incline. Has fans to assist keep you cool. It weighs over 500 lbs, so it is really stable.
