Statton Trutype Americana Cherry Dining room set, Made in USA. This had actually been my grandparents set, then my moms and dads, and then mine for the past 20 years. The set is at least 50+ years old, my grandparents had it in their formal dining space, I have actually chosen after all these years that it is much too big for my space. The set is strong cherry and beautiful. Set includes Dining table with 3 leaves (one had been made for them and is somewhat lighter in color), 8 chairs (2 have arms for ends of table), a buffet with 3 doors and 2 drawers (one drawer has separations for flatware), a cart table on wheels that has sides that raise up (held by wooden pullouts, not metal), a bottom shelf, and 4 drawers (one is separated for silverware), also includes a big oval mirror and a huge lazy susan (top needs refinishing). Great workmanship, all drawers are dovetailed. It is such a stunning solid set that will last numerous more years, but some pieces do have scratches, dings, and marks from for many years and 4 of the chairs require to have the paper rush seats redone or fixed.
