This is the Star Plush from the extremely rare and coveted TAKARA Super Mario RPG 1995 set. The set contains 6 items and Star is the second rarest of the bunch, right behind Mallow, people often forget that! Furthermore, this is the very first plush made of Star, it is made with beautiful, silky-soft, shining yellow silk-type material and felt eyes with thin pieces of fabric atop to represent his eye-shines. It is a simple yet perfect representation of the classic Star design and easily the best Star plush made to date. Its eyes are glued, as opposed to stitched, on so an issue that is often seen on details like these is their falling off as the glue gets older and older, but this one has stayed in remarkable condition and still has the eyes attached firmly to the face. he has a small mark between his eyes which is apparently where some excess glue was absorbed into the silky skin of the plush, this likely happened during his original production so it is not to be worried about, in my opinion. He is a very clean plush and certainly, tremendously rare. This is among the first, if not the single first, times he has ever appeared on eBay and I'm sure he won't last long considering how much there is to love about this item. His tag, similar to his body, is made of a gorgeous, silky material and has completely unfaded, unsmudged information printed on it (which i photographed in high quality).
