I have for sale an absolutely lovely 1993 Taylor Model 810 Dreadnought guitar with its initial difficult shell case. This guitar was the top of the Taylor line at the time and was put up to contend with the Martin D-28. The Taylor has a noticeably different, more open, voice than the Martin, and its volume and sustain are definitely incredible. I'm a big Martin fan as well, so you must have both (lol). Not to discuss the taylor is really gorgeous with its expecteded ebony fretboard and rosewood peg head. This instrument is in 9.5+/ 10 condition. There is no checking, there are no no cracks, hardly a perceptible scratch or ding. The action is low. The grovers look like new ... not faded gold as lots of older Taylors are. Frets are in excellent shape, and I will provide a brand-new set of Elixirs. You'll be surprised at how this sounds, even with the existing strings. The case shows a little bit of age with the tolex cut in a couple of areas, but the interior is great and there are no damages in the case. It is structurally best, and as you could know, the Taylor cases weigh as heck and will most likely endure a war. You can hear this extremely instrument at You Tube, AproposMusicCa, Taylor 810 OK, so right here's the bargain; you can not get the sound you will get from this instrument on ANY brand-new instrument, no matter cost. The MSRP on this instrument is $3,778, and you could get one in the high $2K range ... and it will definitely not sound nearly as great as this guitar.
