Every part is still factory on it.No tweaks of any kind. Screen is flawless. Haven't dropped it one time since i have had it. I've kept up with the maintenance at all times. Packaging: Laptop comes with original box, charger, all paperwork that was included & a black covering/carrying sleeve & a 4gb USB drive.Comes with a 2-yr protection plan provided by Best Buy & also the manufacture 1-year warranty. It also includes a virus protection plan that is valid until 2012. Perfect for a college student that is in need of a laptop for classes & work. There is nothing wrong with it at all...Everything works, both speakers function perfectly fine, all side inputs, USB, Ethernet, etc are working .
