Vintage 1973 Fender Silverface Vibro Champ. Identification number: A 33862. Fitted with a high quality replacement Weber P8Q 8" alnico 4 ohm speaker back in 2002. 3 prong plug included eventually. Top back panel is missing. This is everything a Vibro Champ need to be and better, with more headroom than with the normal original speaker, really making it gig-worthy! I simply gigged with it a couple weeks back, set the vol control on about 6 to get nice rhythm overdrive, utilized an OD pedal for solos, mic 'd it up, put it with a stage monitor some, and it was SWEET! Great Fender tremolo! High quality vintage RCA 12AX7A preamp tubes. Cabinet tolex covering and grille cloth in excellent condition. There is a 1973 on ebay today with a $700 BUY IT NOW with 5 watchers! OK, it has the original speaker and top back panel, however still ... $429.00 is a terrific rate !!
