USED CONDITION WITH LOTS OF RUST, STAINS ON WOOD, CHIPS, OLD PAINT ON WOOD IN AREAS, DUSTY/DIRTY AND WILL NEED CLEANED UP. BELIEVE THE BOTTOM PART CAN BE ADJUSTED UP AND DOWN BUT THE BASE IS RUSTY AND MAY NEED SOME LUBRICATION. ONE OF THE WINGED NUTS HAS A BROKEN TIP AS SHOWN. THE CHAIR BASE HAS SOME WELDING REPAIRS ON THE METAL. SEE PHOTOS FOR EXAMPLE. FEELS STURDY. BACKREST WILL BE REMOVED FOR SHIPPING. THE CHAIR MEASURES APPROX: 22" TALL FROM GROUND TO SEAT AS SHOWN IN PHOTO WITH A 16" WIDE X 13" DEEP SEAT. TOTAL HEIGHT IS APPROX: 36" TALL FROM GROUND TO TOP OF SEAT REST AS IT IS IN THE PHOTOS BUT SHOULD BE ABLE TO ADJUST. SELLING AS IS. PLEASE ASK IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS THANK YOU!
