Classy infant grand piano by W. P. Haines of New York, 1929. Has nameplate Henry W. Upham and inside plate made to buy for Mr. Upham. Henry W. Upham was as war veteran from the Boston area who likewise owned a piano business. Possibly this instrument may have been his own design or own personal piano, adding a little story to the enjoyment of this piano!It determines 5'2". Includes vintage bench. Keytops replaced, hammers just recently reshaped throughout regulating and reconditioning, tuned. Good action and bright noise.
