Manufacturer: American Water Heater Size: 50 gallon Fuel Type: Natural Gas Conversion: Can not be converted to LP Model: FG6250T403NO Price New for this Unit: $760 + Price Used for this Item: $250 Our Craigslist Price: $125 We obtained this water heater, hoping we would be able to convert it to LP...but this is made by American Water Heater specifically for a site built home and is not advised to attempt to convert to LP, the only water heaters American Water Heater Company builds for LP conversion are Mobile Home heaters. We are selling this one as is, it appears to be in good working conditions, with very few cosmetic markings, we have not attempted to use or install due to the fuel differences in the water heater and our application. This water heater was originally installed in a vacation home and was used very little. Please call: 928-369-XXXX or email via craigslist. I don't have a pic of the actual water heater at this time, but I am hoping to get one up soon. Any reasonable offer will be considered.
