Weider 1500E is much like the Bowflex. Has 240lbs of resistance with it and is able to be upgraded to 440lbs. Cables, weights, seats and pads all in good condition. I will consider trade for a nice weight bench with weights or an elliptical. This machine is in good shape and will only trade for equal value. I dont want junk. Call 434-660-XXXX or e-mail for pics.
