Hello, my name is Matt and I am a diehard bowhunter looking for an all season hunting lease (bow, gun, turkey) in Wisconsin. Primarily interested in Buffalo or Trempealeau counties. I am looking for something long term and it would include 4-6 people total. People would include my Father, brother, and a close friend. My nephew and son are a number of years away yet. I am willing to pay any where from $20-50/acre of woods. I am NOT an outfitter, just looking to get something long term so I know my family will have a place to hunt on.I have currently leased land in Buffalo county for the last ten years but am looking for something with less pressure and a long term commitment. I do have references/farmers to verify that I will treat your land as if it where my our and take very good care of it. I do utilize a Quality Deer Management philosophy and will do what is necessary to keep the deer population under control on your property.I am looking for 200-600 acres with at least 160+/- acres of woodland with a good mixture of woods and crop mix. I am willing to pay a premium price for the right piece and would also be willing to help out around the farm if need be.If you have anything that might work or know someone with property that is interested in leasing please email or call me at 262-993-XXXX.
