This layout is 8 feet by 10 feet (U) shaped. It has 3 main sections that come appart for moveing. I was redoing it but have lost interset. there is aprox. 25+ small buisness with apartments 5 houses 2 mobile homes 2 gas stations a large brewery a large power building a big industrial building 3 medium size trackside buisnesses a large minning plant a 6 stall engine house with powered turntable and related train service buildings 2 train stations 3 automobile dealer buildings a hot rod shop with animated welder. Many buildings are vintage and out of production. lots of track lots of trees and people lots of working lights. lots and lots of detail parts. a DCC system and several DCC trains that are all custom painted and weathered lots of box cars some antique. All the buildings are custom painted and weathered some need completeing and or minor repair. All the buidings will not fit so they are extras use what you want or expand.
