For sale is this near-perfect Fender 60th anniversary American Standard Jazz Bass and matching case. These limited designs were made in a) high-grade American Standard with string-through bodies (this model), b) American Special (conventional bridge w/no string through), & c) Mexican (also non-string with designs). This bass is factory stock; has an ultra-fast 7.25 radius neck with select rosewood fretboard & an alder body with '62 reissue pick-ups that flat-out growl. PLEASE note this bass was hand-picked from a lots approximately by a college buddy of mine who workinged from AMS when this bass was very first launched; it is for that reason the very best readily available example of this model produced and is professional grade. The neck, building and electronic devices surprise any of the 9.5 radius neck-models the current crop of Fenders lug. This Jazz has actually NEVER seen the true light of day; just periodically un-cased in my home and some Geddy Lee riffs run off. It is the proverbial case queen.
