I would like to lease the hunting rights from a land owner in North Alabama. I am a bi-vocational minister and have leased land in south Alabama for over 30 years. I am looking for some timber land within an hour or so drive from Athens, Al. where I now live. My cell number is 615-497-XXXX. Because of my years of experience in leasing hunting rights I am well versed on the obligations I have to a land owner and the care of his/her property. I will provide liability insurance, maintain roads in their current or better condition, keep it clean, etc. I would like to buy the exclusive hunting rights for my daughter and I. Looking for at least 40 acres preferably and up to several hundred acres. I am especially hoping to find property with a good turkey population.
