Comes with Ladder and Rail as shown in picture. Frame: Functional, good condition, Extremely sturdy. Has scratches and wear, slats have been replaced. $150 for both top and bottom (whole bunk bed) frames Or Best Offer. Willing to sell just the one bed frame instead as well--Make an offer. Matching twin mattress and box spring. Mattress is flawless and in excellent condition, box spring has some wear. $120 Or Best Offer. Will throw in top bed's mattress for free and also the bedskirt as shown in pictures
