Everything consisted of is the following:. 1 bench with preacher curl pad, bench slopes.1 squat rack that adjusts, also has pegs for benching.1 Dip tower (pullups/dips/abs).4 dumbbell handles.2 curl bars.6 weight pads.1 dip belt.1 weight tree (holds weights).Lots of weight clamps to hold weights on bars. Weights:.6 - 45lb plates.2 - 35lb plates.2 - 25lb plates.6 - 10lb plates.4 - 5lb plates.4 - 2.5 lb plates.1 - 45lb olypmic bar. Overall weight: 525lbs. $800 for everything or best offer. This is a terrific and newer set. I have had it for not even a year now. Examples of exercises you can do with this set:. Legs: Squats, Lunges, Jump Squats, Stiff leg deadlifts.Chest: Bench press, Incline bench, dumbbell press, Dips.Back: Deadlifts, DB Rows, BB Rows, Pullups.Shoulders: BB Military press, DB Military press, DB front raises/lateral raises, Upright rows.Arms: Dips, BB Curls, DB Curls, Tricep OH extensions, Preacher curls.
